At Velmora Perfumes, we aim to provide you with an exceptional and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our policies below carefully.

Return Policy

  • As our products are personal care items, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered, used, or opened.

However, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or broken product
  • Leakage during transit
  • Missing items in your order
  • Incorrect product delivered

Important

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • All return requests undergo a detailed verification process before approval.

Please Note

  • Our products are crafted with active natural extracts and ingredients.
  • Damages caused by negligence, improper use, or incorrect application are not covered.
  • Reactions due to personal skin sensitivity are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We recommend performing a patch test before full application, as advised on our product labels.

Refund Policy

  • Velmora Perfumes is not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery is completed.

To be eligible for a refund in case of:

  • Leakage or breakage
  • Missing or incorrect product

You must provide:

  • An unboxing video, clearly showing:
    • The original packaging
    • The issue in question (damage or incorrect item)

Additional Guidelines

  • If the package is tampered with or visibly damaged, refuse delivery and report the issue to us immediately.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 3 days. Claims made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping charges and GST are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded to your bank account within 4–7 business days after claim verification and approval.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
  • You will receive transaction details and confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • For prepaid orders returned due to refusal or unavailability, a refund will be processed only after we receive the returned package in its original condition.
