Order Processing Timeline
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another notification once it is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Pan India Delivery: 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
Delivery Timings
- Orders are delivered between 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM, on all weekdays.
- Deliveries will typically require a signature upon receipt.
- If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure a family member, colleague, or neighbour is available to receive and sign for the package.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged (if possible).
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

- Velmora Perfumes is not liable for deliveries signed for by someone else at your provided address.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after delivery is completed.
- Any claims related to shortages or damage must be reported to our customer support team on the same day of delivery.
