Shipping Policy

At Velmora Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your favourite fragrances to your doorstep in the safest and fastest way possible. All orders are shipped from our facility in India through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another notification once it is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Pan India Delivery: 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

Delivery Timings

  • Orders are delivered between 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM, on all weekdays.
  • Deliveries will typically require a signature upon receipt.
  • If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure a family member, colleague, or neighbour is available to receive and sign for the package.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged (if possible).
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

Please Note

  • Velmora Perfumes is not liable for deliveries signed for by someone else at your provided address.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after delivery is completed.
  • Any claims related to shortages or damage must be reported to our customer support team on the same day of delivery.
